The morning sessions featured presentations from <strong data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"990\">Kathmandu University<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1021\">Far Western University<\/strong>, providing insights into the current status of their library systems, which were recorded for Nordic partners.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1715\">The afternoon included a series of <strong data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1195\">online presentations<\/strong> by international experts. <strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1264\">Professor Emeritus Jens Johan Kaasb\u00f8ll<\/strong> from the University of Oslo delivered a keynote talk, followed by sessions from the University of Turku. <strong data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1417\">Chief Information Specialist Leena Tonttila<\/strong> presented on <em data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1554\">\u201cBuilding Competence: Turku University Library&#8217;s Four-Tier Information Literacy Model and Its Potential for AI Literacy,\u201d<\/em> while <strong data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1599\">Head of Development Satu Hakanurmi<\/strong> shared insights on the role of teacher support services in advancing digital and AI-driven learning environments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1896\">The first day concluded with closing remarks for the online audience and a guided visit to the KU Library, where participants explored the university\u2019s facilities and resources.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1896\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-843 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/neem.ku.edu.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/group-photo-workshop-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"732\" height=\"549\" srcset=\"https:\/\/neem.ku.edu.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/group-photo-workshop-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/neem.ku.edu.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/group-photo-workshop-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/neem.ku.edu.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/group-photo-workshop-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/neem.ku.edu.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/group-photo-workshop-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/neem.ku.edu.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/group-photo-workshop-440x330.jpeg 440w, https:\/\/neem.ku.edu.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/group-photo-workshop-920x690.jpeg 920w, https:\/\/neem.ku.edu.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/group-photo-workshop.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 732px) 100vw, 732px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1921\">Day 2 Highlights<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"2199\">On <strong data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"1944\">August 22, 2025<\/strong>, the workshop continued with forward-looking sessions where KU and FWU presented their expectations and needs from the ongoing collaboration. This was followed by an interactive dialogue with stakeholders, focusing on shared priorities for the project.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2536\">The afternoon was dedicated to a collaborative <strong data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2323\">discussion on AI features to be integrated into Digital Library systems<\/strong>, facilitated by <strong data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2360\">Andrea Gasparini<\/strong>, which led to the <strong data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2415\">finalization of a joint proposal<\/strong>. The program wrapped up with a closing session, marking the conclusion of two days of knowledge exchange and planning.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2538\" data-end=\"2579\">A Step Toward Future Collaboration<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2580\" data-end=\"2934\">The seminar and workshop created a vibrant platform for cross-border academic exchange, combining onsite and online participation.
